This page describes what we collect when you use arya and how we keep that data protected. When you register an account, fund your balance, or play our games, we gather information necessary to operate the platform securely and compliantly. During Gameplay

We log every action you take on arya: when you log in, what games you play, how much you stake, results of your bets, and when you log out. This data helps us operate the platform (track balances, settle winnings), detect fraud, and comply with regulations. We also log your IP address, device type, and browser information to identify unauthorized access attempts and protect your account.

For Deposits and Withdrawals

When you fund your account via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we receive transaction data from your payment provider. We never store your credit card details, bank passwords, or e-wallet credentials locally. Payments are processed through encrypted channels and handled by third-party processors licensed for financial data.

For Withdrawals and KYC

Before your first withdrawal, we require Know Your Customer verification. You provide your full name, date of birth, address, and a photo of your identity document (KTP, passport, or driver's license). We use this to confirm you are who you claim to be, prevent money laundering, and ensure your withdrawal account is in your own name. This data is kept securely and used only for verification and compliance purposes.

Data Retention: We keep your account and transaction data for as long as you have an active account on arya. After you close your account or if it is inactive for an extended period, we retain data only as long as required by law—typically several years for financial records.

How We Protect Your Data on arya

Our servers use encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 or equivalent standards. Access to personal data is restricted to arya staff who need it to do their job—customer support, fraud investigation, compliance, and account management. You can ask us to correct inaccurate information, delete data when we no longer need it (subject to legal holds), or export your data in a readable format. To exercise these rights, contact our support team with your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.

You also have the right to opt out of non-essential communications. We will continue sending transactional emails (deposit confirmations, password resets, account alerts) because these are necessary for security. However, if we ever send promotional emails, you can unsubscribe from those by clicking the unsubscribe link in the message.

Cookies and Tracking

Our platform uses cookies to maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and detect suspicious activity. These are functional cookies necessary for arya to work.
